In 2020 we saw a need for creative & fun Digital School Portrait packages and that's when Ivory Lotus Photography (Pty) Ltd. was born.

With 35+ year's experience we offer high-quality & high-end school portraits, a complete “in-studio” experience to both students and staff, with each school’s look individualized and unique - YOUR school chooses their favourite backdrop colour!

We are fully POPI compliant & offer a fully integrated online shopping experience - from password protected online photo galleries to a variety of different online payment methods.

Gone are the days of stiff, old-fashioned school portraits, as we bring you dynamic, fun & beautiful digital portraits.

Why settle for low res photos (72dpi) when you can have high-quality, high-end Print Ready High Resolution digital portraits (300dpi) - ready to be printed as photographs, canvas prints and various other print products.

Why settle for the same sitting pose photos as every other school & every other school photographer when you can have the Ivory Lotus Photography (Pty) Ltd. “in-studio” experience - offered to both students & staff as well as to parents where schools allow for Parent Portraits - parents pop in to be photographed with their child/children.

For safety & security purposes we are fully POPI compliant* - we do not photograph/share photos of any student without the consent & permission of the parent &/or legal guardian.

Only parents &/or legal guardians who have provided consent & permission, completed the booking form & paid the necessary deposit will be sent a personalized email. Depending on which package was booked, parents can expect to receive their child's photos either via email or via their very own private & secure online photo gallery complete with a fully integrated online store.

The online photo gallery platform is fully automated & works like any other online store allowing parents to view the photos, select their favourites for immediate & multiple downloading, place print product orders & pay via a payfast payment link.

Purchased digital photos are available for immediate & multiple downloading while print product orders are delivered to the parent provided address via courier.
