In 2020 we saw a need for creative & fun Digital School Portrait packages and that's when Ivory Lotus Photography (Pty) Ltd. was born.

We offer high-quality & high-end school portraits, a complete “in-studio” experience to both students and staff, with each school’s look individualized and unique - YOUR school chooses their favourite backdrop colour!

We are fully POPI compliant & offer a fully integrated online shopping experience - from INDIVIDUAL password protected online photo galleries (because it's not POPI compliant if the rest of the class' parents can see & screenshot your child's school photos) to a variety of different online payment methods, including a PayJustNow payment option where you can pay for your child's school photos in 3 easy, zero-interest instalments!

Print Ready High Resolution Digital Portraits

Gone are the days of stiff, old-fashioned school portraits, as we bring you dynamic, fun & beautiful digital portraits.

Why settle for low res photos (72dpi), that only look good on your cellphone, when you can have high-quality, high-end Print Ready High Resolution digital portraits (300dpi) - ready to be printed as photographs, canvas prints and various other print products.

POPI Compliant

For safety & security purposes we are fully POPI compliant* - we do not photograph/share photos of any student without the consent & permission of the parent &/or legal guardian.

We offer 3 options when it comes to schools booking us for their yearly School Portraits -

Option 1: We offer parents a Pre-Booked, Pre-Paid Package option (a highly discounted package option) which includes a personalized email with a url link to your very own private & secure online photo gallery with ALL the best photos taken of your child. This link will not be shared with anyone else & no other parent in the class will be able to access your child's photos! You'll be able to download your print ready high-resolution photos IMMEDIATELY and you'll be able to place any print product order available in the online store.

Option 2: We offer parents a View Before You Buy option, with digital photos priced from as little as R50 per individual digital print ready high resolution photo. You'll receive a personalized email with a url link to your very own private & secure online photo gallery with ALL the best photos taken of your child. This link will not be shared with anyone else & no other parent in the class will be able to access your child's photos! You'll be able to view the photos and select the photos you wish to purchase. Once you've made the payment via our online store, you'll be able to download the photos.

Option 3: We create your school their very own personalized School Photo Package according to your school's individual needs - which can include print only packages, digital only packages, or print and digital package options. Let's schedule an in-person meeting & start chatting TODAY!
